  • Single visits to check property as per owner’s instruction
  • Including replacing any damaged items as quickly as possible.
  • Supervising (non-technical) any major refurbishment or renovation projects
  • Arrange a property deep clean and/or garden clearance
  • Fire extinguisher & gas certification or any other specialist services etc. not included in above services
