- Arranging Air conditioning unit maintenance
- Arranging supply of all specialist services, including sanitation, gardening, pool maintenance and heating and domestic cleaning
- Empty property checks (frequency at Owner’s choice)
- Hold and administer an account, provide an at least quarterly account of expenditure
- Liaison with suppliers of all specialist services, including sanitation, gardening, pool maintenance and heating and domestic cleaning
- Payment to suppliers as agreed.
