- One-off visit prior to guest arrival to check property for letting readiness and availability of any guest items
- Drop & collect laundry (if applicable)

- Arranging change overs with attention to arrival and departure times, keys, handbook availability etc
- Reporting any breakages or additional unpaid guests to owners.
- Availability to deal with guest enquiries 08:00 – 18:00 7 days a week
- 24-hour emergency call-out service.
Emergency On Call Guest Service

- Call-out service to assist client at owner’s direction.
(Owner remains client contact during client stay)
