Per Visit
  • One-off visit prior to guest arrival to check property for letting readiness and availability of any guest items
  • Drop & collect laundry (if applicable)
Guest Liaison Service
Per Booking
  • Arranging change overs with attention to arrival and departure times, keys, handbook availability etc
  • Reporting any breakages or additional unpaid guests to owners.
  • Availability to deal with guest enquiries 08:00 – 18:00 7 days a week
  • 24-hour emergency call-out service.
Emergency On Call Guest Service
Per call out
  • Call-out service to assist client at owner’s direction.

(Owner remains client contact during client stay)
